Can God restart the 'Universe' Program ...

Matters of Future are difficult to understand. And it becomes highly susceptible to controversy if it is linked with Religion. Existence of god has been debated for years and the primary reason behind this is the fact that God is considered to be Omniscient. And hence naturally, if the god is omniscient, then in the first place he/she lets the unpleasant things happen.
The Hindu system of beliefs, which is mainly based on the teachings from Bhagvat Gita, considers god not as the master but as the Moderator of the universe. (In fact, the belief also suggests the existence of Multiple universes or Multiverse system). So as a moderator, even if God is omniscient, he/she still cannot make changes in the system.
This can be understood better by a simple analogy. God acts as the Programmer for this program of Universe. He/She has designed all the logic of time, as in the equation of Past, Present and Future. This equation is based on the transactions of the Doings of a person (aka the Karma). Every Karma has some impact on the person’s balance of Punya - seeds for future pleasure. So, in our analogy, this is equivalent of adding or subtracting to memory location (associated with a particular person). ‘You Reap what you Sow’, so whatever karma (good/bad) a person is doing and are recorded, has to be paid for (as reward or punishment).
Now in this whole system, god is just a programmer and acts as the moderator once the system is in place. Naturally, even if he/she knows what's next to happen (Remember, we said he/she designed the Algorithm), he /she can’t change the course of actions to take place.
So, we humans would also have been able to see the outcomes of our action, but alas, the difficulty of the Algorithm is way, way beyond our understanding.
One important thing to notice here is that, as the programmer cannot change the algorithm of the program after the program has started running, same way god would not be able to change the algorithm during run-time, entire system needs a reboot for that (Yes, you got it, back to Singularity before Big Bang)
But this system of universe is very complex, when one starts considering the inter-impacts of so called transactions of the ‘doings’. And, now add all the Ethics, Moral Code and End or Means theory (and what not) to this inter-impacts and we can just imagine how complex would it be. Our human minds have striven to identify this ethics and moral code and all, but who knows, there might be some other ‘Thing’ considered, which we have not thought of.
But, the great book which discusses all this, Bhagvat Gita, talks about the concept of Cosmic Significance. Cosmic Significance is the principle which says that the Universe (Or multiverse, if it exists) always progresses towards achieving a stage better than its previous stage and grows towards positivism as a whole. We can definitely believe in this learning of Gita, if not others and in fact, be a part of it, by being happy as a result of making someone happy !

(PS: Some views recorded in this answer are my personal and are based on my understanding of Bhagvat Gita.)

The Management 'Before Christ' : Probably the Dark Matter in Universe of Management

Everything we do has Management. As it seems, the management is not defined clearly. George Terry says in his famous book, Principles of Management, that there has not been a clear definition of Management, because management is related to human beings and whatever is connected with humans has a degree of uncertainty and hence cannot be defined clearly. But overall management can be considered to be consisting of Planning,Organizing, Coordinating, Motivating and Controlling. Whatever may be the definition, management has been employed since way back in history. Sumerians who lived around 5000 BC taught us the technique of Record Keeping. Huge pyramids were built between 4000 BC to 2000 BC. Nearly 1,00,000 laborers were employed to build those. Deciding the architecture, dividing the labor, allocating the resources and checking the completed work, what else was all this if not Management. Later, Babylonians (between 2000 BC to 1700 BC) gave us the concept of setting the Targets and...

The interview with God !

All of us have given examinations since our childhood. Be it a simple painting competition at the age of 4 or an interview for a big-tech job or ivy-league school at the age of 25, exams are ubiquitous ! Everyone has to undergo an exam at every stage in life, to prove their worth, to justify what they did, to show progress in terms of numbers, to get promoted, to get paid, basically to be successful. Exams are those means for us all to get that, almost immediate, sense of achievement after we have done our part.   If we look at the world today, we see different entities nested in each other. There are nations, then there are economies. Corporations/businesses are nested inside economies, with business units inside them. So goes on till teams within business units and individuals in those teams. This is a simple construct adopted by humans to understand the grand schemes of things. In order to measure the success of entities in this grand scheme of things, exams and their resul...

Ayurveda - The Soul of Medical Science

Indian subcontinent is rightly proud of its cultural heritage of about thousands of years. It is the very place where one of the oldest Cultures, The Aryan Culture, originated and flourished and stood as a Light house of knowledge and prosperity for the entire world. Recent findings about Aryan culture reveal the mesmerizing collection of knowledge it was bestowed with and the impeccable application of that knowledge for well beings of not only humanity but also flora and fauna. One such endowment of Ancient Aryan Culture is Ayurveda, आयुर्वेद.  Ayurveda is the oldest known medical science to humanity. It is the traditional Hindu system of medicine (incorporated in Atharva Veda (अथर्ववेद), the last of the four legendary Vedas), which is based on the idea of balance in bodily systems and uses diet, herbal treatment, and yogic breathing for well being of the body. Ayurveda is based on Five Main Pillars, also called ‘Pancha-Mahabhootas’ (पंच महाभूते) (Vital Elements) as...
